രണ്ടാമത്തെ ട്രിപ്പ് ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞ വീക്കെൻഡിൽ ആയിരുന്നു .. ബാച്‌ലർ മാത്രം  ആയിരുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ബീവിയെ റൂമിലിരുത്തി ഞമ്മള് മെല്ലെ മുങ്ങി ? അതിന്റെ ചെറിയ ഒരു ഇഷ്ടക്കേട് മൂപ്പിലാത്തിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും “ഇങ്ങള് പോയി അടിച് പോളിക്കിം ഇപ്പ്രാവശ്യം , പിന്നേ …ഇതൊരു ശീലമാക്കരുത്ട്ടോ ..അടുത്ത പ്രാവശ്യം ഞാൻ റൂമിൽ ഇരിക്കൂലാ” എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞു അവൾ  എന്നെ യാത്രയാക്കി …

റിയാദ് നഗരത്തിനു 70 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ അകലെയുള്ള ഖരാര എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന സ്ഥലമായിരുന്നു ഇത്തവണത്തെ ലക്ഷ്യസ്ഥാനം.

യാത്ര തുടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ കാലാവസ്ഥ പ്രതികൂലമായിരുന്നതിനാൽ സാഹസികത ഒരല്പം കൂടുതലായിരുന്നു ..

ചുറ്റുപാടും മണലൽക്കുന്നുകളാല്‍ കവജം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട മുസാഹ്മിയയിലുള്ള ഹറാറ തടാകം …അതിനോട് ചേർന്ന ചുവന്ന മണൽപ്പരപ്പ് … അതായിരുന്നു ഞങ്ങളുടെ ലക്‌ഷ്യം …എന്നാൽ ഡിസംബർ മാസം മാത്രം വെള്ളം ഉണ്ടാവാറുള്ള ഈ തടാകം  ഇപ്പൊ വറ്റിവരണ്ടു കിടക്കുകയാണ് …

ലാസ്റ്റ് വീക്കെൻഡിൽ കെട്യോളുമൊത്തു ഇവിടെ വന്നതാണെങ്കിലും സഞ്ചാരി ഇങ്ങോട്ട് തന്നെയാണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോ വേറെ ഒന്നും ആലോച്ചിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നില്ല .നല്ലൊരു ഡെസേർട്ട് സഫാരി നടത്താൻ ഇനി വേറൊരു അവസരം കിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് കണക്കുകൂട്ടി ഞാനും കൂടി എഴുപത്തിലൊരാളാലായി ….
അങ്ങനെ എന്റെ കൂട്ടുകാരായ അമീർ ,റഫീഖ് ,അർഷദ് എന്നിവരുമൊത്ത് ഞങ്ങൾ ഉച്ചക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക് തന്നെ മുസാഹ്മിയയിലെ ഫസ്റ്റ് ലൊക്കേഷനിൽ എത്തി . അഡ്മിൻസ് യാസർ ഭായിയും അൻഫാസ് ഭായിയും എല്ലാവരുടെയും രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ പെട്ടെന്ന് തീർത്ത് ലക്ഷ്യ  സ്ഥാനത്തു 3.30 ആയപ്പഴേക്കും എത്തിച്ചു..
കാലാവസ്ഥ പ്രതികൂലമായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ഞങ്ങളെ അത് കൂടുതലൊന്നും ബാധിച്ചില്ല …
അങ്ങനെ ഞങ്ങൾ ചെന്നപാടെ തന്നെ സാദത്ത് ഭായിയുടെയും യാസാർഭായിയുടെയും നിർദ്ദേശമനുസരിച്ച് വാഹനങ്ങളൊക്കെ  ഒരു ഭാഗത്തു നിർത്തിയിട്ട് ഞങ്ങൾ മലകയറാൻ തുടങ്ങി …കൂട്ടത്തിൽ ചിലർ അവശരായി പാതി വഴിയിൽ നിൽക്കുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു  …

എന്തായാലും മുകളിലെത്തിയപ്പോൾ എല്ലാരും ഹാപ്പി ആയിരുന്നു …

അങ്ങനെ ഞങ്ങൾ നാലു ടീമ്സ്സായി ഫുട്ബോൾ മാച്ചും നടത്തി ..റഫറി യാസാർഭായിയുടെ കള്ളക്കളി കാരണം ഫസ്റ്റ് കളിയിൽ തന്നെ തോറ്റതിനാൽ എനിക്ക് ഷാജിപാപ്പന്റെ നിസാൻ പട്രോളിൽ ജിന്നിനുമൊത്തു കിടിലൻ ഡെസേർട്ട് സഫാരി  നടത്താനായി .കൂടെ ഉനൈസ് ഭായിയും റനീസ് ഭായിയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ..
സഫാരിക്കിടക്ക് കാർ മണലിൽ കുടുങ്ങിയെങ്കിലും ആവേശം കൈവിടാതെ ഞങ്ങൾ കുറെ മണല്പരപ്പുകൾ കീഴടക്കി .അപ്പോഴേക്കും  സന്ധ്യ കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു ..

 
മഗ്‌രിബ് നിസ്കാരം കഴിഞ്ഞു പള്ളിയിൽ നിന്നും വരുമ്പോൾ ഞങ്ങൾക്കൊരാഗ്രഹം ….വാദിയുടെ മറ്റേ അറ്റം വഴി തിരിച്ചു പോയാലോ ..കൂടെയുള്ള മൂന്നാളും റെഡി ..അങ്ങനെ ഗൂഗിൾ മാപ്പിന്റ  ഐഡിയ നോക്കി  (ഗൂഗിൾ മാപ്പിൽ റോഡ് കാണിക്കുന്നിലായിരുന്നു  ) രാത്രിയിലെ ആ യാത്ര തുടങ്ങി ..ആദ്യമൊന്നു പണി പാളി വിജനമായ റേഞ്ച് പോലുമില്ലാത്ത സ്ഥലത്ത് എത്തിയെങ്കിലും പിന്നെ ഞങ്ങൾ വാദി ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി വാദിയുടെ ഒരറ്റത്ത് നിന്നും മറ്റേ അറ്റത്തേയ്ക്ക് നമ്മുടെ സഞ്ചാരി ടീമ്സിനെ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി തിരിച്ചു.അവസാനം ലക്‌ഷ്യം കണ്ടു ..അപ്പോഴേക്കും ഞങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള ചായ അലി ഭായിയും ഷാജിപാപ്പനും സംഘവും റെഡിയാക്കി കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു   .കുറച്ചു ലേറ്റ് ആയതോണ്ട് വടയൊന്നും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടുവോളം കിട്ടിയില്ല  …അങ്ങനെ രാത്രി 7മണിയായപ്പോൾ കുറെ പേർ പിരിഞ്ഞു ബാക്കിയുള്ളവരൊന്നിച്ച് വിറക് കൊണ്ടുവന്ന് നല്ല നാടൻ പാട്ടും മാപ്പിള പാട്ടും പാടി നല്ലൊരു ക്യാമ്പ് ഫയർ  സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു ..

ഒരു ദിവസം ഇത്ര പെട്ടന്ന് കഴിഞ്ഞുവോ …എന്തായലും പതിവുപോലെതന്നെ ee യാത്രയും ഒരുപാട് ആസ്വദിച്ചു ..അന്നത്തേക്ക് പിരിഞ്ഞു ..അങ്ങനെ ആ വീക്കെൻഡും കഴിഞ്ഞു
